“I have been here for tattoos and piercings before and they have always been great.
I took my 9 year old daughter to have her ears pierced today. She has been asking me for years. However, she is Autistic and struggles to interact with people. She also processes pain differently and as a parent, I have avoided letting her have them done, because I didn't know how she would react. They were lovely with her. They were so calm and kind to my daughter and explained everything really well. They took time to make sure she was comfortable. My daughter is so pleased and keeps smiling about how beautiful her ears look. Thank you so much. X"

“Mark is an absolute god send. i had my industrial pierced by him a few months ago and it was overall an amazing experience. Today I had my tongue pierced and omg he smashed it once again. i was nervous but he was gentle, quick and made me feel so at ease from the moment i walked in the doors. everyone there is so kind as well, 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be back again. thank you again "
